Abstracts.

Some images aren't captured so much as created. When I'm working on an abstraction, I go somewhere else. Somewhere intense and rewarding. These then, are essentially images that may bear only a limited visual connection to the real world. They always begin as a photograph I've taken somewhere. Let's not get into what makes an image an abstract one.
